The Diffly MCP Server lets you access your Diffly data directly from your favorite AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.), in plain language, without opening the app.
Keep in mind that the MCP Server is read-only. It is not possible to create, modify, or delete data in Diffly from your AI assistant.
What you can do
Once connected, you can ask your AI assistant questions like:
"What are the main drivers on lost deals this quarter?"
"Give me all the quotes mentioning pricing in the last 3 months."
"Which drivers are rated highest and lowest on recent interviews?"
"List deals with no feedback collected since January."
Your assistant will query the Diffly MCP Server and return your data directly in the conversation.
Step 1: Install the Diffly MCP on your AI assistant
Click the magic link for your preferred AI assistant, it will guide you step by step through the installation:

Step 2: Authorize Diffly
On first connection, an OAuth authorization page will appear. Simply click Authorize to link your Diffly account to your AI assistant.
And voilà 🪄 You are now connected to Diffly from your AI assistant.
What data can you access?
The MCP Server gives you read and centralized access to the following data:
Deals : List and filter by outcome (won/lost), period, account, owner, and more.
Feedbacks : Full detail for each feedback: transcript, summary, decision drivers, and associated deal.
Decision Driver scores : Scores per feedback, ranging from -2 to +2, from most negative to most positive decision drivers
Survey answers : All question/answer pairs for survey-type feedbacks.
Quotes : Verbatim quotes, filterable by tag, source, or full-text search.
Contacts : External buyers and stakeholders linked to your deals.
Team members : Internal users such as deal owners and sales reps.
Tags & Drivers : Tags, tag categories, and decision drivers configured on your account.
Permissions
Access via the MCP Server follows your Diffly account permissions. If you don't have access to a deal or feedback in the app, you won't be able to access it through the MCP either.
