Receive and read all of your feedback in real time through Slack integration!
If you are Admin, you can get:
Notification when you receive a new survey, a new interview or both on:
Your deals
Your team’s deals
All deals
Notification when you need to fill a survey on one of your deal
Notification when you have to review a feedback request made by one of your members
If you are not admin, you can get:
Notification when you receive a new survey, a new interview or both on:
Your deals
Your team’s deals
Notification when you need to fill a survey on one of your deal
Notification when your feedback request has been validated or not by your admin
Keep in mind that only Admin roles can switch on the integration with Slack. Once the integration is on, it is available for all users of the platform.
Step 1: Connect Diffly to Slack
1. Go to Settings
In Diffly, navigate to the Settings section by clicking on your profile picture on the navigation bar at the top.
2. Open the Integrations Page
In the Settings menu, go to Integrations.
3. Click on "Connect to Slack"
On the Integrations page, click on Connect to Slack.
4. Authorize Diffly to Access Slack
A new window will appear asking for permission to integrate Diffly with Slack. Confirm the authorization.
And voilà 🪄
You are now connected to Slack and will get notified directly on your Slack about what happens in your Diffly space.
Step 2: Manage Slack Notifications
Once you have successfully connected Diffly to Slack, you can manage notifications and choose which alerts you want to receive.
Go to Settings → Notifications
From the Diffly dashboard, return to the Settings section and click on Notifications.
Activate/Manage Notifications
On the Notifications page, toggle the notifications you want to receive directly on Slack. You can enable or disable specific types of notifications depending on your preferences. Hit the save button when you finish.
You’ve now successfully integrated Diffly with Slack and configured your notifications 🎉
