This page helps track internal survey participation and identifies users who haven't completed their surveys. Ensuring high completion rates is essential for gathering accurate and comprehensive Win-Loss insights.
Page Objective
It allows tracking of who has completed which surveys and their response rates.
It provides a quick overview of survey engagement within the organization.
Table Columns
Name: List of users assigned to surveys.
Surveys completed: Number of completed surveys vs. total surveys assigned.
Answer rate: The percentage of completed surveys based on the total assigned.
Survey list link: The list of surveys of each users is available.
Observations on Response Rates
Some users have a 0% response rate, meaning they haven’t completed any assigned surveys.
Others, have a higher completion rate.
Low response rates are marked with a red warming icon, possibly indicating the need for follow-up action.
Sending a Reminder to Sales Reps to Complete the Internal Survey
Access the Sales Rep’s Survey List
Go to the Internal Survey Tracking page.
Click on the link corresponding to the sales rep whose surveys you want to review.
Select One or More Deals with No Response
Identify the deals where the survey status is "No answer".
Check the box next to the relevant deal(s).
Send a Reminder
Once selected, click on the "Send a reminder for selected deal(s)" button in the top right corner.
An automatic email reminder will be sent to the sales rep, including a direct link to complete the survey.
Additional Features
A search bar at the top allows filtering by user.
The columns "Surveys completed" and "Answer rate" can be sorted in ascending or descending order, allowing users to quickly identify top and low performers.
