Understanding Diffly's "Collected feedback" Page

The Collected Feedback page gathers all customer feedback collected on Diffly, whether from interviews, internal surveys, or external surveys. This centralized space allows you to efficiently analyze and manage feedback to refine your business strategy.


๐Ÿ›  Accessing the Collected Feedback Page

To access this page, click on the left sidebar menu, then select the "Collected Feedback" tab. You will arrive at an overview of all collected feedback.


๐Ÿ”Ž Navigating and Filtering Feedback

Once on the page, you will see the complete list of collected feedback. To refine your search, use the filters at the top of the page. These filters are directly aligned with your CRM criteria, allowing you to quickly find relevant insights based on your needs (e.g., filtering by deal status, industry, or contact type).


๐Ÿ“Œ Identifying Unread Feedback

  • Unread feedback appears in bold and is marked with a red dot to catch your attention.

  • Once viewed, the feedback loses its bold formatting, and the red dot disappears.


โœ… Managing Multiple Feedback Entries at Once

To save time, you can select multiple feedback entries at once and mark them as read with a single click.

  1. Check the feedback entries you want to process.

  2. Click the "Mark as Read" button at the top of the list.

  3. The selected feedback will then be considered read, and the red dot will disappear.
