Sending internal survey

You can choose to send an internal survey to:

  1. Only the deal owner: The primary person responsible for the deal.

  2. All deal collaborators: Engage the entire team that contributed to the project (except Pipedrive users)

  3. Filtered using specific fields: If you’ve set up custom fields in your CRM to designate collaborators, you can further refine the survey delivery for greater relevance.

This feature simplifies the sharing of essential information within your team and fosters closer collaboration. Involving all team members who worked on a deal helps gather more comprehensive insights and ensures every perspective is considered.

You can choose to send these internal surveys via email, Slack notification, or both. To do so, select the sending channel that works best for you and the number of messages you want in your sequence.

Hubspot Users

How to Use It?

  1. Go to the Campaigns tab.

  2. Create a new campaign.

  3. At Step 4 of campaign creation, choose one of the following delivery options:

    • Only the deal owner.

    • All deal collaborators (as listed in your CRM).

    • Custom fields (if configured in your CRM).

👉 Tip: Ensure all deal collaborators are properly recorded in your CRM to make the most of this feature.

Salesforce Users

How to Use It?

  1. Go to the Campaigns tab.

  2. Create a new campaign.

  3. At Step 4 of campaign creation, choose one of the following delivery options:

    • Only the deal owner.

    • All deal collaborators (as listed in your CRM) : “Opportunity Teams”

    • Custom fields (if configured in your CRM).

How to Use It?

  1. Go to the Campaigns tab.

  2. Create a new campaign.
