We’re excited to introduce a new feature on Diffly: adding comments on feedback received! 🎉
This new feature makes it easier to collaborate, share insights, and keep track of important discussions on feedback.
How Does It Work?
Highlight the text you want to comment on.
Three buttons will appear: Copy, Tag, and Comment.
Click "Comment" and enter your message.
@Mention another Diffly user in your comment— they’ll receive a notification.
Other users can reply to your comment.
Where Can You See Comments?
On the deal page, comments are highlighted and underlined in yellow. There's a comment indicator on the right side of the feedback text for every comment.
Click on “View All Comments” to access all comments on the deal page.
Managing Notifications
Go to Settings (top right of the screen), then “Notifications”.
You can choose to be notified for:
New comment.
Someone mentions you or replies to your comment.
