Internal teams can ask for a feedback directly through "All Deals" page by selecting deals and clicking on "Request feedback for selected deals"
If this is a qualitative interview, admin will receive a notification and will be able to accept or not the feedback request:
If the answer is Yes:
Click on "Validate"
Choose which use cases ("New business", "Churn & Renewal", "Satisfaction")
Choose which channel ("Buyer", "Internal")
Choose the relevant campaign
If the answer is No, click on "Deny" and Diffly will send a notification to the one who asked the feedback
