The tag feature will enable you to process the information gathered from your feedback more efficiently, clearly, and collaboratively. It allows you to include different teams in reviewing and analyzing this information!

Here’s what you can do with Tags:

💡 Organize your topics with precision: Identify and highlight key points discussed in your interviews. With tags, you can easily structure themes, topics, departments, or important insights.

📂 Create custom categories: Organize your tags into categories tailored to your needs. Whether by project, topic, team, or priority, this feature ensures a clear and efficient workflow.

🔄 Facilitate sharing and collaboration: Tags enable every team or department to access relevant and actionable insights. This makes it easier to share data and encourage accountability across the board.

How to use the Tag feature?

Start by creating Tag categories in your Tag page on the left side of your screen.

Open any collected feedback and start tagging words or sentences by clicking on the desired text. An icon will appear, you can either copy your text (left icon) or tag it (right icon).

Once you're done, find all tags and categories of tags in your Tag page on the left side of your screen. You can now filter these tags by using your CRM filters and/or tag categories you created!

How to use AI Tags ?

AI Tags helps you automatically structure and analyze feedback by identifying recurring themes in your deal conversations.

Instead of manually reading through all feedback to detect patterns, AI Tags:

  • Suggests relevant tags based on feedback content

  • Helps you quickly identify trends

  • Makes feedback easier to filter, analyze, and share

  • Saves time on manual categorization

The goal is to help teams better understand why deals are progressing, stalling, or being lost.

How It Works :

The AI Tags feature is available from the right-hand side menu in your Deal view.

You will now see a side panel with three tabs:

1. Decision Drivers (default tab)

This tab works exactly as before. It displays all the decision drivers extracted from the deal’s feedback. Decision Drivers focus on structured buying signals, while Tags provide additional thematic categorization for deeper analysis.

2. Comments

This tab contains the existing Comments section.

3. Tags

The Tags tab displays:

  • The complete list of tags associated with the deal’s feedback

  • Both AI-suggested tags and validated tags

Tags help you quickly understand the main themes discussed in feedback (e.g., pricing concerns, product limitations, competitor mentions, urgency, etc.).

Thanks to the AI Tags tool, you can:

  • View all tags related to a deal’s feedback

  • Generate AI-powered suggestions

  • Validate or reject suggestions

  • Edit tags manually

  • Highlight specific tags for easier review

This gives you full control: AI suggests, but you decide.

To Generate Tag Suggestions

  1. Go to the Tags tab.

  2. Click the Suggest tags button.

Once generated, a block grouping all suggested tags will appear.

You can regenerate suggestions at any time by clicking Suggest again.

Once suggestions are displayed, you can:

  • Click Accept all to validate all suggested tags

  • Click Reject all to discard all suggestions

  • Accept or reject tags individually

This allows you to quickly review suggestions in bulk or fine-tune them one by one.

You can also:

  • Edit tags manually : Click the tag icon to modify tags associated with a specific feedback item.

  • Highlight a tag : Click on a tag to highlight it in the interface and quickly see where it appears.

Best Practices

To get the most value from AI Tags:

  • Regularly review suggested tags

  • Keep your tag list clean and structured

  • Avoid creating duplicate or overlapping tags

  • Use consistent naming conventions

  • Periodically review older deals and generate suggestions if needed

Well-maintained tags will significantly improve reporting, trend detection, and strategic insights across your deals.
