Step 1: Access the Sequences settings
Navigate to settings
From your Diffly dashboard, click on the profile icon at the top right, and select Settings from the dropdown
In the Settings panel, go to Sequences on the left-hand menu
Create a new template
Click the blue "Create Template" button
This will open the sequence configuration screen where you can start defining your sequence structure
Step 2: Configure the Sequence Template
1. Name the Sequence
Start by choosing a name for your sequence, such as "Lost Buyer Interview" or "Sales Representative Survey" to help identify its purpose later
2. Write the Email 1
Write the subject line of the email.
Write the content of the email. You have to use at least one variable:
Survey Link (if you want to request a survey)
Interview Link (if you want to request a buyer qualitative interview)

3. Add Additional Emails
To add additional emails to your sequence, simply click the + button
Define the timing for each subsequent email (e.g., send 2 days after the previous one)
Write subject & content for each additional email in the sequence
4. Preview and test each email
After setting up each email, use the Preview feature to see how it will appear by cliking on the eye. You can also send a test email to yourself to confirm that the layout and variables are functioning as expected.
5. Save the sequence!
Step 3: Save and manage sequence templates
You can edit, duplicate or delete any sequence by clicking on the icons on the right.
